We are seeking experienced Reach Truck Operators to join our warehouse team. If you have experience operating a reach truck in a cold storage environment and are committed to safety, accuracy, and productivity, we want to hear from you!

Current Openings

(2) First Shift Reach Truck Operators
(1) Second Shift Reach Truck Operator

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday – Friday
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday – Friday
2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Job Responsibilities

Safely operate a reach truck to move, store, and retrieve palletized products within a refrigerated warehouse.
Load, unload, stage, and replenish inventory while maintaining productivity standards.
Pick and transport customer orders accurately using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
Maintain inventory accuracy by following warehouse procedures and product rotation practices.
Work efficiently in a cold storage environment, following all food safety and company policies.
Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of recent Reach Truck operating experience required.
Previous experience working in a cold storage or refrigerated warehouse is required.
Valid forklift certification is preferred.
Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and accuracy.
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance are required.
Ability to work overtime when needed.
