Shift Hours: Full time - day shift Admissions Coordinator Benefits Competitive wages based on experience Daily pay option available Generous paid time off (PTO) package Medical, Dental and Vision insurance Supplemental disability and life insurance options available Flexible Spending Account 401k available Career advancement opportunities / tuition reimbursement Friendly work environment Admissions Coordinator Responsibilities Room readiness: Check that the room is clean, the bed is made, the welcome packet is present, door tag, armbands and all items are working (television, phone, bed, remote). Meet all new admissions at the door, greet them, and walk them to their room. Provide contact information to all new admissions upon arrival. Rounds on all admissions the next morning post admission and the next five business days (continuous rounding). Follow up on patient concerns in a timely manner to assure resolution to satisfaction. Ask all new admissions if you can call their emergency contact to let them know that they arrived and provide family with your contact in case they need anything. Round subacute unit 2x a day and spend extra time on the fifth floor. Assist as admission directors back up as needed. Assist with tours. Complete admissions agreements and keep compliance in check. Assist with obtaining reviews and testimonials upon discharge. Enter all patients requested into CRM. Respond to requests and communications from Admissions Director.
