This paralegal play a pivotal role in supporting attorneys and professionals with direct billable services, high-level client interaction, and key administrative responsibilities. Job Description
- Prepare wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, asset transfers, entity formation documents, agreements and resolutions.
- Serve as trusted liaison, attending client signings, coordinating third-party meetings, and maintaining a polished/professional presence.
- File pleadings, record legal documents, manage deadlines, and handle document preparation with speed and accuracy.
- Manage calendar coordination, perform invoicing, pre-bill edits, handle conflict checks and assist with time tracking.
- Partner closely with attorneys, legal assistants, and accounting to ensure exceptional client service and seamless operations.
The Firm is Seeking
- 4–10 years of experience as a paralegal in trusts and estates or a related legal area, and a law firm background.
- Proactive mindset and collaborative spirit: We're seeking a driven, self-motivated and collaborative professional who excels at multitasking, prioritizing, and delivering high-quality results.
- Exceptional communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, discretion with confidential matters and client-first mentality.
