Two contract positions are available—one full time, providing services at an elementary school, and one part time (20 hours per week) supporting students across two elementary schools and one middle school. Working near Waukegan, IL, you'll collaborate with students, families, and staff to support communication and learning outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Illinois SLP license and Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Experience in school-based SLP roles is highly valued
• Strong understanding of IEPs and student progress tracking
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student success
• Provide consultative and direct intervention as needed
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training
