Law Offices of Todd K. Mohink, PA, located in Anne Arundel County, has an immediate opening for a Legal Assistant with at least 3 years of Family Law experience. Concentrating in family law, applicant must have proficiency in MS Word and Excel, Discovery, be detail oriented, and have good written and verbal communication skills. Experience with case management software, preferred.

Requirements:

• MS Word and Excel
• Preparation of legal documents and correspondence
• Detail oriented
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• 3 or more years of experience in a position that required handling of family law Discovery
• Significant client exposure and responsibility.
• E-filing legal documents

We offer a variety of payment plans and fee structures, including contingency fee arrangements in appropriate cases. New family law clients can obtain a review of their documents at a one-hour consultation fee, which is applied to their account. Call anytime; our phones are answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Both Spanish and English are spoken in the office to better serve you.
