MA Flash Car Wash District ManagerCar Wash Site ManagerBalise is looking for a Car Wash Site Manager to run the daily operations of the car wash.Job Description:Managing your profit centers; express Car Wash & Detail Center.Establish total customer satisfaction; resolving all customers concerns.Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new car wash employees according to Balise Car wash expectations.Implement car wash quality standardsManager overall vehicle flow and production in express car wash operationPerform schedule preventative maintenance for the car wash equipment.Follow all compliance safety regulations, promoting safe behaviors to all employees.Work closely with the Detail Center Manager to ensure customer satisfaction for all customers of the facilityMust be available for potential open and/or closing shiftsEnvironmental & Physical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear.While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 poundsA current valid driver's license and insurability rating is requiredThis position may require up to 10% travel.Benefits Include:Paid time off – vacations and holidaysHealth, dental, life and disability insurance401(k) with company matchFlexible spending accountsReceive unlimited free car washes per week on up to two personal vehiclesComplete minor repairs – to be discussed further upon interviewQualifications:1-3 years Management Experience – preferably at a Car Wash CenterAbility to provide excellent customer service at all times.Must be able to stand for long periods of timeDetail OrientedMust be 18 or older
