Customer Service Representative Denver Metro Area | Full-Time

We're looking for a sharp, warm Customer Service Representative who loves taking care of people, keeps the day running smoothly, and wants to grow with a company that invests in its team.
You'll be the first voice customers hear and the person who turns a phone call into a great experience.

What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls warmly and professionally, making a great first impression every time
- Book service calls and keep the dispatch board running efficiently
- Keep customers updated on arrival windows and reschedule with care when plans change
- Follow up with membership customers and keep the schedule full
- Coordinate with field technicians, debrief after each call, and confirm payment
- Build simple reports and find ways to make the department run smoother
What You Bring
- Strong customer service instincts and a genuinely friendly, professional phone presence
- Clear written and verbal communication
- A reliable, organized self-starter who's flexible with the day's demands
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree a plus
- Bilingual a plus
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software a plus
