Aaron's, Inc - 2101 West State Street, Ste 1 - Responsibilities: Drive payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease benefits and ensuring customer satisfaction; Build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership; Maintain updated customer information in the store computer system and document all customer payment appointments; Assist the Customer Account Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals; Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management
