Dialysis Licensed Practical Nurse

Overview DaVita is looking for an Experienced Dialysis Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for nocturnal coverage at the Middleburg Heights Dialysis Center in Middleburg Heights, OH. Experience in dialysis is required for this nocturnal LPN position. Responsibilities Schedule: Sun/Tues/Thurs 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm or 4:00 pm - 12:00 am (approximate scheduling; may vary depending on patient census). May need to pick up shifts to maintain full-time hours until census grows. Cover care of approximately 10 patients total, working with 1 RN and 1 Dialysis Technician. Provide dialysis care and support patients throughout nocturnal shift. Potential to advance career through DaVita clinical ladder. Requirements Reliable attendance and punctuality. Desire to help people, comfort with nocturnal shift, and love making a difference. Minimum of 1 year hospital or clinical experience. High School Diploma or GED with current LPN/LVN license in the state of application. Current CPR certification; IV certification required if state regulations demand. Experience such as BONENT Certified or Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) preferred.
