Travel: Surgical Technologist Certified

SHIFT: DAYS 6:30AM - 5:00PM START: ASAP Perform a variety of technical duties to assist in preparing and caring for pre-operative patients. Prepare patient skin for surgery according to hospital standards and maintain aseptic techniques. Provide comfort and support to pre-operative patients while respecting their privacy. Transport patients to and from the Operating Room (OR). Position patients appropriately for surgery, identify and care for biological specimens, and prepare the OR by setting up tables, instruments, and supplies specific to each case. Proficiently scrub in various specialty areas such as Transplants, Open Heart, Urology, Neurology, Robotics, and more – highly preferred. Establish and maintain sterile fields, pass instruments and sutures to the physician, and assist as directed. Use physician preference cards to set up cases and keep them updated. Collaborate effectively with the team, uphold aseptic techniques, and ensure a safe surgical environment. Demonstrate expertise in handling surgical instruments and supplies, and adhere to all safety, sterilization, and sanitation policies.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of a Surgical Technology program or accredited LVN/LPN program required
• BLS from AHA required
• Certified Surgical Technologist or LVN/LPN License required
• 2+ years of experience preferred

Work Schedule: 5 days, 8 hours per day

Floating Requirement: Yes, across multiple locations

Start Date: 06/15/2026

Hourly Pay Rate: $36.85/hr
