We are seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to lead our preconstruction efforts for multi-family and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating and project reconstruction, with expertise in water damage, renovation, and restoration. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are accurately estimated and effectively planned from inception to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the preconstruction process for multi-family and mixed-use projects.
• Prepare detailed estimates and budgets using Bluebeam and Procore.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies during the preconstruction phase.
• Review and analyze project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and quality materials.
• Facilitate preconstruction meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in preconstruction management or estimating.
• Strong knowledge of multi-family and mixed-use construction projects.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, and other construction management software.
• Experience with water damage restoration, renovation, and reconstruction processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
