Lockwood Insurance is looking for a dedicated Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our family-oriented team in Friendswood. We represent over 50 carriers, and we need a savvy professional who knows how to pivot, re-quote, and find the best possible "home" for our high-value clients.

What You’ll Do
Manage and service a diverse portfolio of Property & Casualty accounts (Home, Auto, Flood, Windstorm).
Utilize our independent market access to re-quote renewals and ensure client retention.
Provide expert advice to a high-net-worth client base.
Collaborate with the business owner and virtual assistants to streamline agency operations.
Qualifications
License: Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) License is REQUIRED.
Experience: Preference given to candidates with an Independent Agency background. You should be comfortable navigating multiple carrier portals and understanding the "pivot" from one carrier to another.
Location: Must be within a comfortable commute of Friendswood (targeting candidates in Friendswood, Pearland, League City, Webster, or Alvin).
Attributes: Professional demeanor, high integrity, and a desire to build lasting relationships with clients.
