Restaurant Manager - Franchise

This job posting is for employment with an independently owned and operated franchisee. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant. Responsibilities Ensure the restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times. Maintain operational excellence to keep the restaurant running efficiently and effectively. Ensure all laws, regulations, and guidelines are followed. Create a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy. Salary: $62,400.00 annually (minimum and maximum). Additional Information The independent franchisee retains sole responsibility for employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.
