About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Corporate-Owned Centers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end performance of all corporate-owned centers, including full P&L ownership, driving revenue, profitability, and productivity. This role demands a leader who can make data-driven decisions to maximize EBITDA and long-term ROI, and who is willing to lead from the front line, spending time in the field with center teams. The VP will also be accountable for setting the vision and multi-year operating strategy for corporate centers, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining a competitive experience for both team members and guests. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include developing and executing strategies for operational due diligence and integration planning for franchise-to-corporate acquisitions, as well as contributing to capital planning and facilities strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive leadership, managing a scaled multi-unit portfolio, and experience in M&A integration. They should be highly analytical, insights-driven, and possess a strong executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels. A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required, with an MBA preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit retail or service operations. The role also requires a disciplined operator with a relentless focus on standards and consistency, and the ability to travel up to 75%.
