Student Mental Health Care Coordinator & Resource Liaison

Ohio State University

The Ohio State University is seeking a Care Manager within the Counseling and Consultation Service to provide ongoing mental health services to students and coordinate resources to meet individual needs. This role works with the Clinical Director and staff to promote continuity of care across campus and community providers. The role includes coordinating referrals to Wexner Medical Center and other services, training graduate students, and contributing to program evaluation. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ohio State University
