Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Role Bilingual Customer Service Representative supporting HUD and FHA programs in Albuquerque, NM. Responsibilities Respond to calls and emails from renters, homebuyers, and homeowners regarding housing requests, utilizing knowledge bases and SOPs to ensure accurate, high-quality customer service. Document communications, handle complaints, and provide information about HUD rental assistance and FHA mortgage programs through ongoing training. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years of high-volume contact center experience, bilingual in English and Spanish, strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, excellent time management, and keyboarding of at least 40 WPM. Ability to navigate multiple systems and follow SOPs effectively. Key Duties Handle high-volume inquiries, deliver excellent customer service, document interactions, and assist clients with housing and mortgage information. Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance is required. Additional Info Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule, pay rate of $18/hour, with benefits including medical, dental, 401K, PTO, paid holidays, and ongoing training.
