Position: Facilities Technician/Coordinator (Global Law Firm)
\nLocation: New York, NY
\nCompany: Global AM100 Law Firm
\nComp Package: Base salary up to $75K, Paid OT, Full Benefits, Bonus, Tuition Reimbursement, 401K+, etc.
\n \nResponsibilities for Facilities Technician/Coordinator:
\n- \n
- Manage electrical equipment, plumbing systems, mechanical systems, building management system and building repairs \n
- Maintain and order office supplies \n
- Responsible for janitorial services \n
- Maintain and operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment \n
- Ensure conference rooms and office spaces are maintained \n
- Work with power tools, plumbing and electricity \n
- Coordinate with departments and vendors regarding firm needs and repairs \n
- Manage equipment and supply needs, especially related to appliances, office equipment, HVAC or climate control systems, security systems, and other systems as appropriate \n
Qualifications for Facilities Technician/Coordinator:
\n- \n
- 3+ years of facilities experience; law firm preferred \n
- Trade certification preferred \n
- Understanding of HVAC \n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office \n
- Attention to detail \n
