What You'll Do

As a Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through one of the most important purchasing decisions they make while representing the Jeff Wyler brand with professionalism and integrity.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcome and engage customers in a professional, friendly, and consultative manner.
• Build genuine relationships with customers and establish trust throughout the sales process.
• Identify customer needs, preferences, budget, and vehicle requirements through effective discovery and listening.
• Present vehicles, features, technology, ownership benefits, and available options in a way that is meaningful to each customer.
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Utilize phone, text, email, internet leads, and other communication channels to follow up with prospects and customers.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales opportunities.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with customers throughout the purchasing process and after the sale.
• Utilize dealership technology, CRM systems, and digital sales tools to manage opportunities and customer relationships.
• Work closely with management, finance, service, and other dealership departments to create a seamless customer experience.
• Stay current on product knowledge, incentives, inventory, technology, and industry trends.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance objectives.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow dealership processes and compliance standards.
• Represent Jeff Wyler with professionalism, enthusiasm, honesty, and respect at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work a dealership schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to learn and retain product and process information.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Previous sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or automotive experience is helpful but not required.
