A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Full-Time On-Site Mail Production Specialist in Farmington, MO!

The Mail Production Specialist is responsible for distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence in a high-volume, production-driven mailroom environment supporting enterprise-wide departments.

Mail Production Specialist Compensation

• The pay for this position is $19.00/hr
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Mail Production Specialist Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position  Monday – Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Mail Production Specialist Responsibilities

· Open, sort, and prepare incoming correspondence

· Scan and image incoming documents

· Record and track specified incoming documents

· File imaged claims, appeals, and adjustments accurately

· Identify and manage poor-quality imaged documents

· Generate and mail correspondence related to submission errors

· Maintain organized records and processing documentation

· Meet established production and quality standards

· Support team members across functions as needed

· Lift and transport mail totes weighing 35–40 lbs

Mail Production Specialist Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-based environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 months to 1 year of production, mailroom, or similar experience
• Familiarity with document scanning and imaging processes
