Job Title: Regional Area Restaurant Manager

Location: Las Vegas, NV (3 Locations)

We are a dynamic restaurant group with three locations in Las Vegas, dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences. We are seeking an experienced and organized Restaurant Manager to oversee operations across all three stores, ensuring that our high standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of all three restaurant locations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction, implementing strategies to enhance the dining experience.

• Staff Management: Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of staff, focusing on delivering excellent service.

• Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews, making informed hiring and firing decisions based on staff performance.

• Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, including profit and loss (PNL) statements, ensuring financial goals are met.

• Inventory Control: Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.

• Operational Systems: Implement organizational systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency across all locations.

• Technology Utilization: Effectively utilize technology, including Windows and Mac systems, Zoom for virtual meetings, and other relevant software to facilitate communication and operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role with a strong track record of success in the restaurant industry.

• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of PNL statements and financial management to drive profitability.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers, including Windows and Mac OS, with familiarity in Zoom and other digital communication tools.

• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple locations effectively.

• Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of training staff to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
