Associate Territory Representative Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Miami-Fort Lauderdale / South Florida

IQVIA is hiring Associate Territory Representatives for a medical device sales role based in South Florida. This entry-level position involves prospecting outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics to drive prescriptions of intermittent catheters and urinary management systems. Bilingual English/Spanish fluency and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics within assigned territory
• Educate physicians, NPs, PAs, and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of products
• Convert new prescribers and expand usage within existing accounts to drive prescription volume
• Build and maintain territory pipeline with accurate CRM activity and opportunity tracking
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license with daily territory travel capability
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Track record of winning in metrics-driven sales environments
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with quota achievement (highly preferred)
• Experience at world-class sales training companies like ADP, Enterprise, or Cintas (strongly preferred)
• Cold outreach comfort and ability to manage long sales cycles
