Customer Service Representative Staff Management Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in Fairless Hills, PA. Schedule: 1st Shift: 8:30AM - 5PM Plus overtime Pay Rate: $21 / hour Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support by assisting customers with product information, order status, delivery inquiries, and general account-related questions. This role is responsible for resolving customer concerns, processing and following up on requests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and organization. The ideal candidate is bilingual, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment while delivering outstanding customer service. Job Responsibilities: Communicate with customers regarding products, delivery, order status, and answer inquiries. Proactively resolve escalated customer issues. Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills in person and on the phone. Demonstrate excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently and with a team. Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management. Customer-focused with the ability to process, expedite and follow up on customer requests. Must be organized, Must assist with special projects and other responsibilities when needed. Job Requirements: MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish. High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous customer service or retail experience is an asset. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office or CRM systems. Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order issues professionally. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data entry.
