Salary: $52,000 - $54,080 DOE

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Coordinator role?
- Manage the Accounts Payable inbox and respond to vendor and internal inquiries.
- Process invoices and maintain accurate vendor records.
- Follow up with vendors regarding invoice status, payment questions, and account discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and related accounting tasks.
- Support additional accounting and administrative projects as needed.
- Previous Accounts Payable or accounting support experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Sage 300 is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
