Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Location: Remote Requirements We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst who can do product usability testing, data creation, and functional/QA testing between our data analytics app and salesforce CRM. You will also be responsible for integration testing with external systems like Outlook and Gmail. In addition, you will document all requirements, user stories, epics, defects, and acceptance criteria in Jira. About The Role Key Responsibilities: Product & Usability Testing: Conduct end-to-end product testing between our data analytics app and salesforce CRM , including user acceptance testing, usability assessments, and functional validation of integrations with Outlook/Gmail. Data Creation in Salesforce: Set up complex, realistic test data scenarios in Salesforce—Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, and custom objects to thoroughly validate new product features and workflows. Functional & QA Testing: Identify defects, log issues in Jira, and collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution. Perform regression testing to confirm fixes and avoid introducing new defects. Integration Testing: Verify the functionality of Salesforce integrations with email systems (e.g., Outlook, Gmail), and ensure that emails, calendar events, and external data sync correctly to Salesforce records. Requirements & Documentation: Translate business needs into detailed Jira epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
