Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility

Location Highlights

Lexington, Virginia offers access to both outdoor recreation and historic landmarks. Natural Bridge State Park is about 15 miles south of Lexington, and the Blue Ridge Parkway can be reached in roughly 30 minutes for hiking and scenic drives. Downtown Lexington includes Washington and Lee University and the Virginia Military Institute, and the walkable historic district features local shops, restaurants, and architecture from the 18th and 19th centuries. Goshen Pass Natural Area Preserve is about 20 miles west and offers river views, fishing, and trail access in a quieter mountain setting.
