Job Description
- Analyze and interpret complex financial data to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and recommend solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing key findings and recommendations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements within the banking and financial services department.
- Support project management activities, including tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements during analysis and reporting.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support business objectives.

The Successful Applicant
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with banking and financial services processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Educational background in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
