Job Details Manager, Solutions Analyst – Houston, TX Job ID: 11241 Job Category: Information Systems Position Type: Full Time, Regular Responsibilities Work with multiple IS teams and various operational disciplines (including Drilling, Completions, Production, and Facilities) to develop and deploy solutions for tracking and optimizing operations, activity, and costs. Automate and streamline workflows and interactive dashboards to enhance operational efficiencies. Collaborate with internal EOG engineers and vendors to deploy solutions and track metrics, maintaining high customer satisfaction. Lead teams of Solutions Engineers, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists in developing mobile and desktop tools. Generate ideas for new projects, coordinate timelines, and lead testing and deployment of applications. Create prototypes using analytical tools to solve business problems. Coordinate multiple projects involving vendors, division personnel, and IS team members. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or Information Technology.
