Audio/Visual Technology - SpecialistThe Audio/Visual Technology - Specialist will be proficient in WebEx and audio/visual technologies used to support virtual meetings necessary to support the Program Lead in virtual meetings using WebEx to organize break-out sessions, taking attendance, conducting polls, facilitating WebEx chat conversations, assisting with participant technology issues and providing technical support, as well as escalating issues that need additional assistance and problem resolution. ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop hardware, audio/visual technologies and applications such as WebEx, SharePoint, and custom applicationsAnticipate Program Lead’s needs during the meetingMonitor and record participant attendanceMonitor WebEx chat box during virtual meetingHelp participants who lose audio connectionsMonitor video functionalityOrganize breakout sessionsConduct pollsCoordination with Call Center leadership and client staffAssist customer with login issuesSupport training activities for participant orientation and program director orientation and facilitator trainingLog issues using CRM toolQualificationsBachelors and 3 years’ experience or High School Diploma and 10 years’ experience.
