Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is with a busy mail order compounding pharmacy specializing in dispensing non-insurance medications nationwide. They are seeking three Pharmacy Technicians on a contract-to-hire basis to support a recently secured contract.

Location: Mason, OH
Job Type: Contract to Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Contract Duration: 13 weeks, with potential for direct hire based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Handle high-volume prescription fulfillment and preparation for shipping
• Assist with patient calls as needed
• Perform non-sterile compounding (preferred but not mandatory)
• Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team environment to manage workflow and volume

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Previous experience in high-volume retail pharmacy settings is highly suited
• Pharmacy Technician skills including RX mail order, non-sterile and sterile compounding
• Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Ohio; national certification is a plus
• Adaptability to fast workflows and excellent teamwork abilities

• The role primarily involves dispensing mostly generic medications, as well as some brand and specialty drugs, shipped across all 50 states plus DC
• Commitment to patient service and quality fulfillment is essential
