Job Description
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong communication skills and experience working with numbers, invoices, and part numbers .
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with questions and requests
Create and process invoices
Enter and verify part numbers
Assist with warranty requests
Maintain accurate customer and billing information
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience
Strong Excel skills required
Invoice experience preferred
Comfortable working with numbers and detailed information
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
