Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ needs by utilizing interviews, psychometric tools, and direct behavioral observations to create individualized treatment plans.

• Integrate data from medical, social, and psychological domains to inform actionable strategies for therapy and psychoeducation interventions.

• Establish and monitor short-term and long-term treatment objectives, maintaining flexibility to adjust as necessary based on individual responses.

• Facilitate open discussions with patients, encouraging exploration of their feelings, behaviors, and relationships to foster self-awareness and healing.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, and psychoeducation for mental health issues like anxiety, depression, and chronic pain management.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all clinical encounters, ensuring comprehensive records for initial evaluations, progress updates, and discharge summaries.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid LMFT license in California is required.

• At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience working as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
