The General Office Assistant plays a vital role as part of the Administrative Team, supporting daily office functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role involves a variety of tasks including reception duties, scheduling, data entry, and customer support, utilizing standard office equipment and communication through email and phone calls.

Responsibilities

  • Manage reception duties and greet visitors professionally
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic and physical files
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
  • Provide prompt customer support via phone and email
  • Operate standard office equipment such as printers and phone systems
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and document preparation
  • Facilitate effective communication within the office

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in office administration
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry tasks
  • Strong multitasking and customer service skills
  • Effective time management and communication abilities
  • Well-developed organizational skills
