What You'll Be Doing:
- Running daily restaurant operations like a pro
- Leading, coaching, and motivating a high-performing team
- Delivering outstanding guest service (every shift, every table)
- Managing scheduling, labor, food costs, and inventory
- Maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Helping grow sales and create loyal guests
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience (full service preferred)
- A hands-on leader who leads by example
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Passion for hospitality and great food
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
