Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical and self care abilities to identify areas of strength and weakness

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to achieve patients' goals and improve their overall well-being

• Conduct treatments in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient settings, to promote patient independence and mobility

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans

• Stay current with industry developments and best practices to enhance patient outcomes and services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

• Current Oklahoma occupational therapy license or eligible for licensure

• Ability to work as a PRN Occupational Therapist, with flexible scheduling available, weekend availability is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
