You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value. Some of our key areas of focus include:Vault CRM migrations & implementationsActivating Veeva's standards agents in Vault CRMIdentifying future customer engagement capabilities needed and the path to transformationTransforming and modernizing the way HCP engagement is planned and executedOptimizing field force direction, productivity, and effectivenessDefining the strategy and execution to realize account-based engagementAccelerating launch through a data-driven approachWhat You'll DoProject Leadership: Act as the Lead for small-scale projects, managing end-to-end design and delivery of high-quality customer solutionsTeam Management: Lead project teams of 2–3 consultants, developing your people leadership skills in a project settingBusiness Development: Drive practice growth by leading proposal development and identifying new opportunities within your engagementsStrategic Problem Solving: Solve complex challenges for Life Sciences leaders by leveraging Veeva's unique data, software, and AI insightsSubject Matter Expertise: Support multiple projects across the Commercial while developing deep expertise in 1–2 specific functional areasRequirementsExperience: 5+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in customer engagement strategy, sales and commercial operations, omnichannel, marketing excellence, key account management, and/or medical affairs are preferredAnalytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoningCommunication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholdersEducation: Bachelor's degree or higherNice to HaveKnowledge of Veeva productsExperience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutionsInterviewing with VeevaWe value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process. You can work from home or the office on any given dayCompensationBase pay: $80,000 - $200,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
