Must have reliable transportation and good attendance is a must. Prefer candidates with 1-2 years of work experience, but we are willing to train. Shipping & Receiving Responsibilities & Duties Load & Unload Raw Material De-Burring & Prepping Parts for Shipment Packaging Parts for Shipment Etching finished Parts with Proper Identification for Customers Read and interpret documents including process sheets, blueprints, sketches, and work orders Shipping & Receiving Qualifications & Skills 1-3 years experience is preferred, but not required Experience w/ Cranes, Forklifts, and Hi-Lows is a plus Mechanical aptitude with a strong desire to learn and grow Critical thinking and a drive for problem-solving A positive and a proactive mindset A strong work ethic and reliable attendance The Good Stuff (Benefits): Medical, dental, and vision insurance Traditional and Roth 401(k) plans with employer match Quarterly Bonus Program Annual Profit Sharing Program Paid vacation and holidays Tuition reimbursement Short-term disability insurance When you join our team, you join our family.
