Sr. Test Engineer

Medtronic seeks a Senior IC Test Development Engineer in Tempe, Arizona to develop test systems and software for analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits used in medical devices. The role involves leading test development projects across all product phases under strict regulatory standards, with on-site presence required minimum 4 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Lead test system redesign and improvement initiatives
- Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment for manufacturing
- Develop test plans, schedules, and equipment specifications for product testing
- Support new test system and application development as subject matter expert
- Troubleshoot, test, and resolve complex manufacturing site issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years IC test, design, or verification experience, or advanced degree plus 2+ years experience
- Experience with mixed-signal testers, SPEA, Advantest, or LTX systems preferred
- Proficiency in C, C++, or similar programming languages
- Hands-on lab equipment experience: oscilloscope, power supplies, digital multimeter
- Knowledge of design for testability (DFT) implementation and strategies
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional team collaboration skills
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire
