We are seeking a NOC Help Desk Technician to join our team! You will resolve software, voice, and network connectivity-related issues for our clients. As the first hand in resolving all client concerns, you and your team are the face of the NOC. Providing 24x7 monitoring and management. Responsibilities Actively monitor multiple client networks/switches/firewalls nationally Provide technical assistance with network connectivity and software/switch troubleshooting Track customer issues and resolutions with detailed documentation through ticketing systemResolve issues/tickets for clients via phone, email, or live Webex session Apply standardize troubleshooting steps to restore network connectivity/resolve issue Assist Data, Cisco and Avaya engineers as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
