Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults facing various life challenges, emotional barriers, and mental health issues. This allows you to concentrate on providing quality care while maintaining a manageable caseload.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• An active, independent LCMHC (Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor) license.

• No limited or provisional licenses, or any disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools to facilitate remote counseling services.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within a telehealth setting is preferred but not mandatory.

• Background in various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or solution-focused therapy.

• Ability to work with different populations, including substance use, trauma, or anxiety disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, determined by hours worked and client load.
