Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to evaluate psychological disorders and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, offering both in-person and telehealth sessions to accommodate various client preferences.

• Maintain meticulous records of clinical services provided, including initial evaluations, progress notes, treatment summaries, and any other necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with encompass a wide array of backgrounds and experiences, including those facing challenges related to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention- Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, and grief. Your adaptability and sensitivity to varying life situations will be crucial as you tailor your therapeutic approaches to each individual's circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline.

• Current and valid state license as a mental health counselor, social worker, or marriage and family therapist (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW).

• Demonstrated experience with a wide range of mental health disorders and proficiency in various psychotherapy modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
