POSITION SUMMARY:

Audax Group isseekinga detail-oriented and technically strong Data AnalystCO-OP to join the Business Development team. In this role, the co-op will partner closely with team members to design, build, andmaintaindata pipelines, support data quality and integrity initiatives, and contribute to the ongoing growth and enhancement of the firm’s data warehouse. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical foundation, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the design, maintenance, and scaling of the Audax CRM and broader data ecosystem by developing and enhancing reporting and analytical solutions Perform data validation and data quality assessments to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems Audit backend data warehouse and reporting models toidentify, analyze, and clearly communicate data anomalies Assistin the implementation of data governance practices, including data cataloging, documentation, and lineage tracking

TECHNOLOGY COMPETENCIES:

Advanced in Excel Proficiencyin SQL and/or Snowflake Familiarity with Power BI a plus Familiarity with Salesforce a plus Familiarity with Alteryx a plus Leverages AI tools and LLMs to improve efficiency and analytics Experience designing and implementingoptimaldata schemas a plus Knowledge of/Experience with implementing best practices in data governance

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Currently pursuing aBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, MarketingAnalyticsor another related field Previousinternship or co-op experience in an analytical role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience manipulating large data sets, and cleaning/distilling these datasets Excellent written and oral communication skillsrequired Ability to communicate in an efficient and meaningful way with all levels of the organizationrequired TRAVEL: No regular travel isrequiredfor this role.

OTHER DUTIES:

For Massachusetts : The hourly range for this position is $24.00-$28.00. The hourly range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and Audax reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. An employee may also be eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation based on performance.
