Make an immediate impact in the lives of students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist, serving K-12th grade in a welcoming school setting just outside of Little Rock. This critical opportunity is available for the remainder of the school year and centers on providing comprehensive assessments, interventions, and support to a diverse student caseload.

In this role, you will collaborate with educators, caregivers, and other professionals to nurture communication skills and promote academic achievement for children across all grade levels. The assignment spans from now through the end-of-school-year and offers a full-time weekly schedule.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Hold an active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Eligible for (or possession of) relevant state licensure
• Experience working with K-12 students across a broad range of speech and language needs
• Strong communication skills for collaboration and documentation
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Flexibility and adaptability in a school-based environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for K-12 students
• Develop and deliver individualized therapy interventions
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to monitor student progress
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with IDEA and state guidelines
• Serve as an engaged member of multidisciplinary teams, participating in meetings as needed
• Adapt strategies to fit the unique needs of each student under your care
