Job Summary We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You’ll be providing exceptional service for our existing and potential customers. Key Responsibilities Processing a high volume of orders from end to end, responding to email inquiries and working with the sales team. Answering incoming calls concerning a variety of topics. Configuring truckload quantities of our products to prepare for shipment. Responsible for the intake process for warranty-related questions or customer complaints. Communicating daily with production and logistics to coordinate order flow and shipments. Required experience – proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, exceptional communication & organizational skills in an office environment. Must be able to work individually and as a team. Demonstrated ability to adapt to sudden changes created by the priority or urgency of work assignments. Education required – a high school diploma or GED equivalent. A college degree is preferred. 3 years with prior experience in customer service with a capacity showing ability to demonstrate care for customers while calmly handling occasionally difficult interactions Industry experience preferred – basic knowledge of manufacturing and logistics.
