Pay & Growth
- $16–$21/hour based on experience
- Opportunity to earn commission on new business, with commission structure varying by role and experience
- Paid training
- Clear path to an Agent role with higher earning potential
Work Environment
- Missouri & Illinois residents only
- In office Sales & Service team (training on site)
- Remote or hybrid options available after promotion to Agent level

What you’ll do:
- Assist customers with policies, billing, and general questions
- Process updates and changes accurately
- Follow up with clients and keep requests moving
- Support agents and help keep daily operations running smoothly
- Make outbound calls
