- Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems and ensure consistency across reporting.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.
- Develop dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Establish data quality checks, validation processes, and monitoring.
- Optimize BI solutions for performance, scalability, usability, and maintainability.
- Implement appropriate data security, access controls, and governance standards.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis.
- Maintain technical documentation, data dictionaries, and metric definitions.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and Product teams.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 3 7+ years of experience in BI, analytics engineering, data engineering, or related roles.
- Advanced SQL skills and strong understanding of relational databases.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or comparable BI platforms.
- Experience with ETL/ELT technologies and modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift,
- Understanding of dimensional modeling, star schemas, data warehousing, and semantic modeling.
- Experience with Python is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
