REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience.

• Minimum 3 years of medium to high-volume data entry experience.

• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Pay: $20/hr
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
• Project: Thru end of 1/2027

ROLE IMPACT

• Supports the Finance department by ensuring accurate and timely processing of high-volume Accounts Receivable transactions
• Success in this position will help maintain the client’s vendor relationships, ensure compliance with internal controls, and support accurate financial reporting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately enter and process high-volume Accounts Receivable invoices.
• Reconcile discrepancies and resolve vendor payment issues promptly.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records of AR transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting tasks.

• Accounts Receivable software (ERP or accounting platforms)
