Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee large-scale multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through project completion. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced construction professional to join a nationally recognized builder with an impressive development portfolio.

Our client is a nationally recognized real estate developer and general contractor specializing in luxury multifamily and mixed-use construction. Their vertically integrated approach creates exceptional project visibility and advancement opportunities.
Description
Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk
Negotiate and execute subcontractor agreements
Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors
Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget objectives
Serve as the primary client contact throughout project delivery
Track project financial performance and forecasting
Mentor project engineers and assistant project managers
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
7-10+ years managing multimillion-dollar construction projects
Extensive multifamily construction experience required
Experience with Procore, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and construction management software
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract management skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Proven track record delivering complex construction projects
Job Offer
$130,000 - $160,000 salary
$10,000 sign-on bonus
