We are looking for an organized Office Manager to support daily administrative operations in Houma, Louisiana. This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for someone who can keep the office running efficiently while handling front-desk coordination, financial tasks, and payroll support. The right candidate will bring strong attention to detail, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day office activities to ensure administrative operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage front desk coverage by greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and providing attentive receptionist support.
• Monitor workplace inventory levels and coordinate the purchase of office materials and supplies as needed.
• Keep supply storage organized and maintain adequate stock to support uninterrupted office operations.
• Process accounts payable activities accurately, including reviewing invoices and preparing payments.
• Support payroll administration by gathering required information and helping ensure timely processing.
• Prepare billing documents and assist with invoice tracking to maintain accurate financial records.
• Provide general administrative support, including organizing documents, coordinating communication, and assisting with office priorities.• Experience supporting administrative office operations in a detail-oriented business environment.
• Ability to manage office supply ordering, inventory oversight, and general workplace organization.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable processes, billing activities, and related recordkeeping.
• Experience assisting with payroll processing and maintaining accuracy with sensitive information.
• Strong receptionist and customer service skills with a welcoming and detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
