Job Description
Description:
BEFORE YOU APPLY!
This position is primarily focused on facility projects and contractor coordination, not IT.
We're looking for someone who understands building systems, construction, maintenance, equipment installations, and facility improvements well enough to evaluate quotes, compare solutions, coordinate vendors, and ensure work is completed the correct way with the correct materials. The right candidate can ask informed questions, spot potential issues, and hold contractors accountable to project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
The IT portion of the role is limited to coordinating with our outsourced IT provider, assisting employees with routine technology issues, and supporting basic PC, Microsoft 365, printer, and file-sharing needs. Advanced programming, network engineering, cybersecurity, or IT management experience is not required.

Success in this position requires strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills to effectively manage diverse service providers and operational needs across facilities, IT, and occasional events.
