We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Engineer who brings deep technicalexpertise, field leadership, and the ability to drive outcomes in high-performance environments. WhatYou willDo Project Leadership & Execution Lead commissioning activities across the full lifecycle of a data center build to include L1-L5 Execute functional testing, witness testing, and system validation Manage assignments within schedule, budget, and quality expectations Technical Expertise & Problem Solving Evaluate HVAC, chillers, boilers, pumps, and automation systems Troubleshoot system performance issues Review design documentation Client Engagement Lead meetings and communicate findings Build relationships with clients and contractors Operational Contributions Complete reports and manage time and expenses Team Development Mentor junior engineers and support training What You Bring Core Qualifications Degree in HVACR, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field 5+years experience in commissioning engineering 3+ years of Data center experience required Technical Capabilities Experience with HVAC, controls, automation, fire safety systems Ability to read construction documents Professional Skills Strong communication and problem-solving skills Physical Requirements Ability to work in field environments and lift 30 lbs Preferred EIT, CEM, OSHA 30, BIM experience, Facility Grid Travel Requirements Travel to project sites as needed based on project demands.
